Narrow envelope with official colour Olympic logo in the lower left corner. Around the logo is printed text that reads in part "OFFICIAL SOUVENIR COVER / ISSUED BY THE VICTORIAN PHILATELIC ASSOCIATION..." Four postage stamps in top right corner. Handwritten address in blue ink in centre that reads in part "Mrs D. B. Rodgerson / "Sunnyside" / 858 White House Rd...". Two postage marks over stamps.
