Brief Description
Small white paper with printing on one side. Has Olympic rings in blue, black, red, yellow and green at top and printed text in black and red. Text reads in part "The Lord Mayor, Councillors / and / Citizens of Melbourne / Cordially invite you to come to Melbourne...." The Melbourne City Council crest is in the centre in pale blue.
