Small soft-cover booklet with a blue top half and white lower half. Image of a two men playing basketball on the front. Black and white printed text on the cover reads in part "BASKETBALL / EXHIBITION BUILDING ANNEXE / TUESDAY, 27TH NOVEMBER / TO / SATURDAY, 1ST DECEMBER, 1956..." Handwritten notes on front cover. Held together with two staples.
