Brief Description
A wide yet narrow black card cheque book with text printed in gold lettering on the cover. Text reads "XXIIIRD / OLYMPIAD / LOS ANGELES / 1984 / ANZ". The Olympic Rings are printed in gold under this. In the upper right corner is a white sticker with handwritten dates on it that reads "14/6/85- / 15/1/86." There is printed black text on the inside of the cover. Original contents removed.
