Olympic Flame Torch Relay fuel pack. A cardboard cylindrical outer cover with label printed in black and white text. Details include title purpose, contents and instructions with diagrams. The inner section is sealed in a plastic bag and is made up of a capped cylinder with holes. Unidentified solid and partially crumbly fuel material is inside this section.
