Brief Description
Group of 67 black and white photographs from the Australian Broadcasting Commission featuring images of Olympic Games broadcasters, reporters with athletes from various sports, dignitaries and social scenes from the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne. Includes images of the Olympic pool and MCG at various stages. Hand written names, details or text notes affixed to many of the images along with two typed sheets detailing the members of the New Zealand Broadcasting Service who covered the Olympic Games.
