Brief Description
Large Wooden shield painted rosewood red with silver plated gymnastic figure affixed and 21 miniature shields, ten silver plated and eleven metal each; engraved shields with the name of the winning state, the year and the names of the team members; date range 1967-1979 . Inscription, engraved at the top, "SHELL TROPHY"; engraved at the bottom edge, "AUSTRALIAN/JUNIOR BOYS/GYMNASTIC TEAMS EVENTS/For Annual Competition".
