4-page pamphlet made from woven raffia. Features a list of all administrative and sport officials, Filipino sport federation delegates, members of the Filipino press, and, visiting members of the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation/Philippine Olympic Committee, present at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Text on front cover: 'PHILIPPINE DELEGATION/TO THE/1956 OLYMPIC GAMES, MELBOURNE'. Cover also features P.A.A.F./P.O.C. emblem, and an autograph.
