Brief Description
Gold and enamel medallion presented to Brian Dixon for his commitment to sport for youths in New Caledonia. Obverse features a white torch with red flames surrounded by a gold bird. Blue border contains gold text that reads "DIRECTION DE LA JEUNESSE ET DES SPORTS / NOUVELLE CALEDONIE". Red presentation box with red velvet interior base and cream silk top interior with letters 'L.R. / Paris' printed in gold on interior fabric.
