Brief Description
Trophy comprising a polished wood pyramid on an oval plinth with "supports" on either side that are decorated with two small gold footballs. Affixed to the front is a silver plaque engraved with the inscription A.N.F.C. / AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP / BRISBANE 1961 / ERIC TASSIE MEDAL / BEST AND FAIREST PLAYER / SECTION 1. A gold disc on a stand is positioned on top of the trophy, which features a coloured map of Australia on one side, and the name BRIAN DIXON engraved on the other.
