Solid metal 1959 Victorian Football League Premiership medal awarded to Brian Dixon of Melbourne Football Club. Medal has figure in low relief on obverse and inscribed text on reverse. Medal rests in clear perspex stand, with B.DIXON in gold printed letters on base.
