Brief Description
Racing bicycle, green and black; used by Ken Cross. Painted inscriptions: "Whippet" in red and white. Two aluminium drinks canisters with cork stoppers in metal holder attached to handlebars. Leather seat, black rubber grips on handlebars; wooden rims on wheels. Spare inner-tube (red) folded and strapped to seat pole with leather strap and buckle. Manufactured by Percy Hatton. Wolber tyre on back; Clement "Criterium" tyre on front. "BSA" on chain cog wheel. Metal and leather stirrups on pedals "Alfredo Bind".
