Brief Description
Navy blue wool blazer, unlined, with three plastic black buttons on the front. Features royal blue and black striped cotton trim around the lapel and hem, and on the pockets and cuffs. There are three outside pockets, with an embroidered emblem on the left breast pocket. This comprises a light blue shield with a white angelic figure in the centre, encircled by the Latin inscription POSTERA CRESCAM LAUDE. Embroidered in white below are the initials MUAC (Melbourne University Athletics Club), with AUSA in yellow underneath. The maker's label is sewn inside on the left, on which DR J K GABRIEL is handwritten in black ink.
