Brief Description
Framed and mounted matt colour print of an oil painting, depicting a cricket match in play on a large field being viewed by a large crowd in stadiums and seating around ground. Signed at lower right in red paint CHARLE (sic) CUNDALL'. Inscription on card in separate window mount beneath image reads 'ENGLAND V. AUSTRALIA / LORD'S, 1938 / CHARLES CUNDALL R.A'. Beside this inscription on the mount is a signature written in blue ink, 'Bill Brown / (at?) Melbourne / Dec. - '98.' Mount has 6 lines of borers painted around the window. Multi-coloured brown, green, gold painted wood frame.
