Brief Description
Multi-coloured print showing image of naval warships at sea, with American Flag and portrait of two men in naval attire super-imposed in the upper half of the frame. To the upper right are super-imposed battle illustrations. The engraved plaque on the mount board below reads PRESENTED BY THE CDR E M BOORDA / COMMANDING OFFICER USS RUSSELL, DDG 591. With simple wood frame and window mount.
