Brief Description
Colour photograph showing 55 men seated and standing in 6 rows in formal group photograph. Most of the men are wearing Melbourne Football Club jerseys, with the remaining wearing suits. The men are outdoors, positioned on a sporting ground with pavilions and picket fence behind. Inscribed on the back in ink is MFC 1957 TEAM. The photograph is part of a series which depict Melbourne Football Club players and team shots at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, and are modern prints of original negatives which date from the 1950s.
