Brief Description
Black and white photograph of a bust of William Gilbert Grace mounted on a tiered plinth attached to a pedestal which is only partly shown in the photograph. The subject is sporting a full beard. He is wearing a shirt buttoned at the collar. William Grace was a famous English cricketer who played for Gloucestershire. He played first class cricket from 1865 to 1908. He won twenty-two test matches and scored 126 centuries. Writing on reverse reads, "MCC517", "5G" and "59". It also includes "Marylebone Cricket Club" stamp. Item has "M2314" rubbed out on reverse.
