Brief Description
Cricket bat with sealed, spliced blade and twine-bound handle. The rear of the blade has been signed, in ink, by the 1909 Australian XI Cricket Team, with the maker's mark CLAPSHAW & CLEAVE BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND imprinted on the face. The lower part of the blade has been bound with twine.
