Brief Description
Cricket bat with sealed, spliced blade and twine bound handle. The front of the blade bears the imprinted inscription THE LEN HUTTON AUTOGRAPH / LEONARD HUTTON / TEST RECORD 364 / V AUSTRALIANS 1938. This is followed by the signatures, in ink, of the 1946-47 England Cricket Team, with the Australian Cricket Team signatures on the rear. The maker's mark GRADIDGE WOOLWICH LONDON has been imprinted on the front and rear of the blade.
