Object Detail

Brief Description
Handwritten document, (ink on thick paper) with three wax seals, mounted behind thick, beige card. The item is an indenture which appears to be an agreement between Frederick L. Hawkins and Robert Rutland Newman to collate articles from "Bells Life" relating to cricket, presumably for future publication. The writing is convoluted, and in some parts illegible. At the foot of the document there is a red seal with the signature of Hawkins and a green seal with the signature of Newman. This Indenture is related to M6520.
