Brief Description
Cream coloured ceramic Torquay ware tankard with brown green and blue incised decoration, and brown glazed interior and two side handles. Line sketch on front shows W G Grace (cricketer) holding a bat at the wicket, and the verse reads, "HERE'S TO THEE OUR CENTURY GRACE / WHO BETTER WOULD YOU HAVE SIRS / HE'S THE MAN TO MAKE THE PACE / SO HIS EXPLOITS".
