Brief Description
Circular white ceramic plate featuring a multi-coloured design with gold borders. It depicts a group of men playing cricket with old bats and stumps wearing 18th century clothing. Above, in gold is text, "MARYLEBONE CRICKET CLUB", and underneath, "1787 ... 1987". On the back is a story of the first game played at Mary-le-bone and that the plate is commemorating Marylebone's bicentenary.
