Brief Description
Painted and varnished plaster figurine of young boy, standing with his hands in his pockets. He is wearing a floppy broad-brimmed hat, red shirt with yellow sash, blue trousers and a white umpire's coat. Inscription across the front of the base reads, "THE UMPIRE".
