Brief Description
England rugby union international honours cap. Dark red velvet cap with braided gold metallic thread detailing. Features crouched embroidered metallic flower (rose) on the front, with the numbers "1875 6 7 8" in metallic thread below. Attached to the crown is a metallic gold tassel. The cap is lined with blue and black striped fabric, and is inscribed, in black ink, "BLACKHEATH / ENGLAND / SCOTLAND / IRELAND / A.W. PEARSON 1875".
