Brief Description
Lithograph; discoloured cream card. Picture of a man standing in an open plain, holding a bat. Bat has a black handle and brown blade. Wears a blue cap, pink suspenders, white shirt, white pants and black shoes. Title centred below the image reads " FULLER PILCH. / of Canterbury. Born 1803. Height 6 ft. 1/2 in." Below the title in smaller print "London, Published by John Corbet Anderson, 40 Church Road, de Beauvoir Square Kingsland, March 1st 1852/ and by F. Lillywhite, 10 Princes Terrace, Caledonian Road, Islington.". Immediately below the image l.l. printed "Sketches at Lords No. 7"; and immediately below the image l.r., printed John C. Anderson del et lith." Artwork has has been fringed and window mounted.
