Brief Description
Print of a painting, depicts a group of men sitting at a table on a sports field, with women and children behind them, and a booth to their left. A man resting a cricket bat on his right shoulder stands with other men in cricket caps. In the lower RH corner is a barrel, against which rest a cricket bat and pads. Signature of the artist is in the lower LH corner. Print has been affixed to a piece of dark brown card, on the lower edge of which is printed in faded gold ink. Titled, "A COUNTRY CRICKET MATCH, SUSSEX. BY JOHN R. REID.".
