Brief Description
Postcard, handwritten in black ink on a small 'postcard' with an imprinted green halfpenny stamp. Dated "Aug 24th 1906", it is addressed to W. G Gale, and also written by him. Reverse reads "LONDON COUNTY [CRICKET crossed out & ? 'Bowls' handwritten] CLUB" at the top, with "I am depending on you/ for Tunbridge Wells. Train/ leave East (?) at 2.5/ W.G. Grace" handwritten underneath. "Sheet I/ 7" handwritten by the address on the front would indicate the object was previously mounted with other objects - M6064-M6073..
