Brief Description
Black and white, sepia toned photograph featuring the 1928 Australian Tour de France team comprising Ernest Bainbridge, Hubert Opperman, Harry Watson and Percy Osborne riding in the race followed by cars of the era. They are in a sunny country setting with trees and fields. A number of cycles are lying on the sides of the road. Inscription on reverse, photographer's copyright stamp, "...INTRAN - MATCH"; "8".
