Poster, black ink on white paper. Reads in part "KENT CLUB,/ 1842./ GRAND/ Cricket Match/ KENT against ENGLAND.../MONDAY, Aug.1, 1842,/ And following Days." Match held on the Beverley Ground adjoining the Calvary Barracks, Canterbury. Lists the Kent and England team-members underneath. Originally in a black wood frame with label verso '"Parker Gallery, London".
