Brief Description
Small etching of two cricket bats joined at the handle with a cricket ball, and below a hat, shoe and stumps. In the background two figures play cricket, and there is a circular tent with trees in the distance. Very faintly embossed above the etching is the following text, "The Sporting Magazine or Monthly Calendar / of the Transactions of / The Turf. The Chase / AND / EVERY OTHER DIVERSION, / Interesting to the / Man of Pleasure, Enterprise and Spirit / [...] / Vol 80 Old Series". Immediately below the etching is text, "Designed and etched by Wm. Smith". There is also embossed text below the etching but not readable.
