Signed print of a full-length, caricature portrait of C I Thornton, "Buns", standing beside a building. He is portrayed in a suit and hat, and holding a walking stick. His signature, dated September 4 1921, is handwritten at the bottom right of the item. The pseudonym of the artist, Leslie 'Spy' Ward, appears bottom right of the image. Printed text, above left, reads 'SUPPLEMENT TO "MAYFAIR" and right "Men Of The Day" '. A caption below reads 'Buns'. Other text below the image notes, l.l. "Copyright. Published by "Mayfair" Ltd., 43 and 44 New Bond Street, London, W.I.' and l.r., 'Specially drawn from life'.
