Brief Description
Sheet music cover, a colour print. In the centre is a picture of a cricket match in progress, surrounded by a predominately blue border of scrolls and (blue) wood. Printed across the top, on the banner and underneath, is "ETON & HARROW / VALSE". Down the sides are the heraldic shields and mottos of Eton (left) and Harrow (right), and across the very top is "DEDICATED (BY PERMISSION) TO C.I. THORNTON, ESre / CAPTAIN OF THE ETON ELEVEN 1868", and on the banner at the bottom is "BY AN ETON BOY.". Below this " Eton, Ingalton & Drake.". The paper is encased in Mylar (but is able to be removed) and mounted in a window mount.
