Brief Description
Front cover for sheet music. It features three colour drawings in oval borders and arranged in a triangle, with captions reading "YACHTING", "FOX HUNTING" and "CRICKETING". The cricket picture depicts a game (using three-upright stumps) on an expanse of grass, with tents nearby and a large white building (cathedral?) in the background. The title, with characters formed by sporting equipment, is "SPORTS GALOP" with additional text reading "FOR THE / PIANOFORTE / BY / B. VIZENTINI / DUFF & STEWART, 2 HANOVER STREET, LONDON, W."; below is printed "G. Baxter, Lith. Birmingham". Printed inside the Fox Hunting oval is "Baxter Del". In the top right corner handwritten in black ink "Wain".
