Brief Description
Watercolour depicting a cricket match being played on an open, grassy field. The players are dressed in a variety of long sleeved shirts, trousers and wide brimmed hats. Several fieldsmen / umpires are wearing top hats and coats. There are a number of buildings set amongst hills and trees in the background. Groups of onlookers are standing around the edge of the field, with a number close to a red-roofed pavilion. Verso handwritten in pencil "XV / 1" .
