Brief Description
Watercolour painting of a rural landscape with figures on horseback in the foreground and a cricket match in the background. Three large tents are on the edge of the playing field and there are several figures dotted around the boundary. In the distance is a low hill with hedgerows and trees. The artist's signature is in the lower-right corner ("J.Richardson"). The painting is on cartridge paper that has been affixed to a piece of card and mounted.
