Brief Description
Black and white photographic copy of a postcard of champion cyclist, Vic Browne taken during his record ride from Perth to Sydney. Pictured standing with his bike, he wears a sports shirt imprinted with "FOUR 'N TWENTY's, the company who sponsored him. Inscriptions on reverse, handwritten in biro, "Vic Browne - taken during his record ride from / Perth to Sydney 2798 miles - 11 days 6 hrs 47 mins. / April 1969".
