Brief Description
Set of six circular watercolour images, depicting various shots of a cricket batsman. Captions under images, from top left to bottom right, read; PLAY; THE DRAW; HOME BLOCK; FORWARD; THE CUT; LEG HALF VOLLEY. Each image framed by a black and gold painted border. Cream windowmount, black and gold wooden frame. Archivally framed. These images are based on an illustrative guide for1845 batsmen initiated by N. Felix.
