Black and white photograph, sepia toned, featuring Ernie Milliken seated on his cycle looking at the camera surrounded by men in suits and overcoats. Two men behind him are wearing striped scarves. Inscription, front, lower right, imprinted, "[illeg.] H. PRITCHARD / PHOTO"; reverse, handwritten, "Ernie Milliken / after his dashing ride / in the Melb Castlemaine Road Race / Clipping 40.45 secs of (sic) record / Time 2.37.28 / for 68 miles".
