Circular white ceramic plate with gold rim and multi-coloured design. Around the border of the face is the crests of the 17 county teams within coloured borders. In the centre is a brown picture of a pavilion, with text underneath reading MIDDLESEX COUNTY CRICKET CHAMPIONS 1976; stamped 'Edition Limited to 1500 plates'.
