Brief Description
Twelve blocks of wood screwed together to form a large printing block. Features an engraving of the Surrey cricketer William Mortlock, with a bat under his arm. Engravers name features, in reverse, at lower left corner. Verso Christie's April 1987 auction sticker Lot 396/2 and handwritten in ink 'Mortlock' x 2.
