Brief Description
A pair oval cuff links, with a bat-shaped appendages, manufactured in 1939, commemorating the 1938 England V Australia Ashes series in England. Engraved between the colours of the Marylebone Cricket Club, and the Australian green and gold, is the inscription: ENGLAND/1938. Hallmarks on back of both cufflinks and the bat-shaped cufflink keeperand stamped "A 1". N.B. 1 cricket bat cufflink keeper is marked .3
