Staffordshire, ceramic figurine depicting English Cricket Captain George Parr holding the ball in his right hand, and the hat against the stumps; the traditional poise that indicates Captaincy. Figurine is one of a pair, the other depicting Mr. Julius Caesar who played under Parr until 1867.
