Brief Description
White, glazed porcelain plate with gilt rim. The centre features a coloured image comprising two cricket bats crossed in front of stumps with the Middlesex County Cricket Club crest (a shield with three blue swords) in the middle. Two blue goblets feature on either side, with a red cricket ball and bails above. The inscription, in black, around the centre reads, "MIDDLESEX COUNTY CRICKET CHAMPIONS 1980". Depicted around the rim of the plate are the crests and names of seventeen County Cricket Clubs.
