Brief Description
Poster with lithograph portraits of English cricketers from the late-nineteenth century. The portraits are set in circular, oval and rectangular frames, arranged symmetrically with a full-length image of W.G. Grace in the centre. The portraits are set within an overall frame featuring Classical elements such as the acanthus leaf course at the top, below a pediment with horse riders, and laurel leaves. The frames for the work are printed in gold.
