Brief Description
Colour lithograph with a profile portrait of a seated man, looking up from a book which rests on a table in front of him. The man appears to be a judge sitting in court, as a small plaque in front of him reads "GAOLER". He is dressed in jacket, waistcoat, shirt and bow tie. The title of the print is "Bow Street", the name of the famous magistrates court in central London. Below the title is printed the name of the subject, "(R.H. Bullock Marsham)". The print is mounted behind beige and light brown card. Print is marked "Vanity Fair Supplement" at the top.
