Circular brooch, metal, in the shape of a spoked wheel with wings in the centre, with '1896-7' above, and "LEAGUE OF/ VICTORIAN WHEELMEN" on two banners below. A small curved pin on either side of the reverse and stamped St. Sil. S&S
