Brief Description
"Certificate of Merit" presented to Miss Gracie Watsford by the Victorian Ladies' Cricket Association for her performance in the 1905-06 season. The certificate is printed in black and red ink on thick, beige paper. The text is enclosed within a decorative oval border made of flowers and foliage, surmounted by a red shield. Watsford's bowling record has been hand written within the printed text, recording that she took 117 wickets at an average of 3.14 runs per wicket. The certificate is signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Victorian Ladies' Cricket Association. Reg number inscribed bottom left reverse.
