Brief Description
Certificate printed on card featuring an ornate, pale blue and green foliage design border decorated with blue, yellow and white flowers. The inscription, printed in dark blue ink, in the centre reads VICTORIAN BOWLING ASSOCIATION / PENNANT COMPETITIONS / SEASON 1917-1918 / FOUR RINK / "A" PENNANT / WON BY / M.C.C. CLUB. This is followed by a list of players, and the signatures of the President and Secretary of the Victorian Bowling Association in light gold ink. Certificate is presented with a white window mount in a brown wood frame.
