Brief Description
Hard cover notebook featuring a purple and green mottled cover, black spine and lined pages inside. The first page bears the inscription, in calligraphy using black ink, "Alfred Twentyman / Melbourne to London / For SS John Elden", with an oval emblem showing a steam ship surrounded by text, in blue, adhered below. The following pages feature newspaper clippings, notes and jottings, lists of accounts, pencil sketches, creative writing and an itinerary of trips.
