Brief Description
Melbourne Cricket Club member's ticket for the 1883-84 season. The ticket consists of a single piece of folded card with two metal-rimmed holes bored into each side, through which a brown ribbon is tied. The obverse has a brown-coloured leather backing, with a blue roundel containing the letters "M.C.C" embossed in gold, and the date below. The reverse has the club's details printed on one side, and on the other, the date of issue and signatures of the member, Honorary Treasurer and Secretary hand-written in black ink.
